Duuuude, it’s time to get your blaze on. Monday, April 20, is practically an oh-so-high holy day for marijuana fans.

420 Day…or Weed Day….or Stoner Day…or Cannabis Day means that there’s likely to be a lot of pot people out there with a serious case of the munchies. A whopping 70 percent of Generation Z will be participating this year, according to a survey from EduBirdie, which describes itself as “a hub for Gen Z stats.”

Adam and Joe’s Gourmet Eatery in Fort Lauderdale has a 420 special that includes a whole fried chicken, Belgian waffles with spicy maple syrup, roasted sweet carrots and Brussels sprouts as well as four chocolate chunk cookies and a gallon of lemonade or iced tea. Casa Sensei in Fort Lauderdale is celebrating 420 with a “Roll A Fatty” special with a new Hot Mess Roll for $19. What exactly does “hot mess” mean in this context? Well, you figure it out; The roll is a combination of shrimp tempura, asparagus, topped with cooked scallops, shrimp, salmon, white fish, kani, spicy mayo and tobiko. Eating House Miami

Eating House Miami in Coral Gables is usually closed on Mondays, but not on April 20. That’s when the restaurant will offer “420 2GO” from 2-10 p.m. What’s it all about? Well, you know how some restaurants pair wine with their meals? Eating House has paired their courses with strains of marijuana. Acapulco Gold goes with elote guacamole, lime crema, queso cotija, burnt corn, cilantro and adobo chips.

Super Lemon Haze should be matched with lemon pepper hot chicken, lemon-buttermilk ranch and brown butter brioche.

OG Cheese should be paired with Philly cheesesteak mac-and-cheese, braised short rib, black truffle and crispy onion.

Lenore Nolan Ryan Catering and Cooking School

Chef Lenore Nolan Ryan’s eatery/culinary lab in Fort Lauderdale is offering “Mile High Brownies” infused with CBD oil for $5 for one and $12 for three.
